Often times, life can feel so daunting, especially when struggling with overwhelming fear or stress. It can feel hard to do the things in life you really love or connect with others in a meaningful way.

My therapy practice is based on your values and your goals for your life. We will work together to help you live the life you have dreamed of. I will support you being more in your life (rather than in your head) and in tune with your values. I use a mindfulness based behavioral approach known as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with other evidenced-based modalities including self-compassion. I am also an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST).

Mindfulness can help you “notice” your thoughts versus reacting to them. It can increase emphasis on present moment awareness, improve your physical and mental health.
